Summaries
1. Toddlers and Preschoolers (1–4 years)
This stage of development is all about discovering the world and learning essential skills. I offer parenting support in a broad sense—from navigating sleep and eating challenges to encouraging independence and helping regulate emotions. This may include establishing a day-and-night routine, handling tantrums, supporting language development, potty training, or making the transition from daycare to primary school. I also support parents during medical processes, such as tests or treatments, offering both practical and emotional guidance.
2. Primary School Age (4–12 years)
Children in this age group begin to develop a stronger sense of identity and face academic and social challenges. I support parents in helping their child build social-emotional skills, improve school performance, cope with performance anxiety, and develop a healthy sense of self. I can also assist with behavioral issues such as insecurity, bullying, or concentration difficulties. Additionally, I offer parents practical tools for setting boundaries and creating daily structure. I provide thoughtful parenting guidance and also support families during medical procedures or treatments, helping them navigate these impactful experiences.
3. Adolescents / Teenagers (12–16 years)
Adolescents go through many changes—both physically and emotionally. I offer parenting guidance to help support this transition into adulthood, whether it's about encouraging independence, managing risk-taking behavior, navigating friendships, or making future decisions. I also help parents find a healthy balance in communication and setting boundaries, so teens feel understood and supported during this sometimes challenging phase. In medical situations such as surgeries or treatments, I offer support to both parents and teens, helping them feel stronger and more supported.
Every child is unique, so the ages may vary slightly—but this overview offers a general idea of when these topics may become relevant.
