Is the support covered by health insurance?

At Bureau Curo, our support is currently not covered by health insurance. Parents receive an invoice directly after the consultation.

Is support also possible with a smaller budget?

At Bureau Curo, we believe support should be as accessible as possible. If you are unable to afford the support due to your financial situation, please feel free to get in touch. We are happy to discuss what may be possible. Email: anne@bureau-curo.nl

Intake + first consultation:

Duration: 60 min €95.

For follow-up consultations:

Duration: 45 minutes €85.

Parenting support consultation

Intake + first consultation:

Duration: 60 minutes €90.

For follow-up consultations

Duration: 45 minutes €80.

Payment for consultations

After your consultation, you will receive the invoice directly. We kindly ask that payment is made within 14 days. If payment is not received within this timeframe, two reminders will be sent. If the invoice remains unpaid after that, we will unfortunately be required to transfer the invoice to a debt collection agency, which may result in additional costs.

Cancelling a consultation

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you cancel it as soon as possible. You can do so by email or phone, but no later than 1 workingday (24 hours) in advance.

For cancellations made within 1 working day (24 hours) before the scheduled consultation, 100% of the agreed fee will be charged. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days. A cancellation made on Saturday or Sunday is therefore treated as a cancellation on Monday. This policy also applies to public holidays and appointments scheduled after 6:00 PM; in such cases, the cancellation will be counted from the next working day.

Of course, rescheduling is possible:
If the consultation is rescheduled to take place within 1 week of the originally planned date, Bureau CURO will not charge any additional fees. Each consultation can be rescheduled once, subject to Bureau CURO’s availability.
